The RW girls basketball game in Wyoming tonight is a varsity only game now. It will tip off at 6:00 PM.

Due to icy conditions in the parking lot at ROWVA Jr/Sr High School, we are asking that all student drivers park in the sophomore lot tomorrow. Bus drop-off will take place on Joy St. at the Administrative Building. Parent drop off will take place at the main entrance, as usual. Students driving to school or riding the bus will enter the building at the T hall entrance and proceed to the gym. All students entering the building before 7:50 am will report to breakfast or to the gymnasium.

Due to the potential for extreme cold air temps combined with country road conditions, ROWVA #208 is cancelling school tomorrow, January 7, 2022. This will be considered a snow day without an e-learning component.

JH volleyball practice for tonight, 1/6, HAS BEEN CANCELED.
The RW girls basketball game for tomorrow, 1/6 against West Prairie has been canceled. No make up announced yet. The Midland game will be on Tuesday, 2/8 in Oneida, with JV starting at 5:30.

The JH boys basketball vs Visitation has been postponed. It will be made up on Thursday, January 13. 5:30 start in Oneida.
The RW girls basketball for tonight has been postponed to Saturday, February 5th at 11:00 AM in Williamsfield. The Midland game originally scheduled for that date is being rescheduled.
The ROWVA JH boys game with Visitation tomorrow will begin at 5:00 PM NOT 5:30. We had to make this change to make sure we had two officials for the game. JH volleyball practice will have to end at 4:15 PM due to this so we can set the gym up for the basketball game.

RW HS GBB Schedule Update:
No JV Tournament on 12/27.
Varsity only game at Peoria Christian on 12/30 (6:00 start). JV canceled.
1/3 game @ Annawan rescheduled for 1/24.

The ROWVA School District was made aware of a social media post via Snapchat late last night from a high school aged student who is no longer in attendance in our District. The post has been shared with the Knox County Sheriff's Department. The sheriff's department is investigating the post.

FYI: Breakfast for tomorrow has been changed to Apple Cinnamon Muffin.
All RW high school practices and both ROWVA and Williamsfield practices will end no later than 5:00 PM tonight.
Due to the windy conditions, we are not sending a bus out. The JH boys game at Annawan is postponed. Make up date TBD.
