Yesterday, Lucy Kuelper, a junior at ROWVA, presented to the Drivers Education class the importance of Scott's Law a.k.a "Move Over Law".
Lucy emphasized the importance of the law and the background to Scott's Law. Lucy is working with State Representatives on a new bill that puts emphasis on Scott's Law during their Driver Education experience.
